Position: Virtual Medical Assistant
Location: Wapda Town Phase 1, Lahore
Nature: Office-based
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Standard Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT
• Daylight Savings Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with patients via phone and virtual platforms, assisting US-based doctors with clinical documentation and medical scribing.
• Prepare patients for virtual consultations and assist during telehealth sessions.
• Organize and manage medical data.
• Address patient inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications:

• MBBS Graduate
• Strong English communication skills and basic medical knowledge.

Hiring Process:

• Initial Interview: Candidates will be screened based on English proficiency and medical knowledge.
• Training: A 5-day unpaid training period (4 hours per day) will follow, culminating in a test. Successful candidates will begin their probation period.
• Probation Period: 3-month period, with the possibility of becoming permanent employees based on evaluations.
